Materials + Supplies Info:

Each exhibitor will be given a 8' x 6' space. You’re welcome to bring a tent, graphic displays, interactive supplies, etc.

Please note: Electricity will not be provided at the booths.

We ask that you bring any items you may need. If, however, you need assistance acquiring certain items please contact us and we will help to the best of our abilities.



Vendor Health Safety Information:

The Health Department requires that all food vendors sign a Temporary Food Service Registration form, which can be obtained by calling the Butte-Silver Bow Health Department at 406-497-5020 or stopping by 25 W. Front Street. Commercial vendors must provide a copy of their food purveyor and/or appropriate business licenses at the festival. Vendors must display plainly visible identification and items should be labeled with vendor name, address, and phone number. If you are selling prepared food items, you must include the date made as well. If you are selling prepared food items made by someone else, a list of ingredients must be included.
